I purchased the 10x42 Swarovski EL Range binocs and used them for the
first time on an elk/deer trip to Utah. Since I already own Leica 10x42
range binocs, I was curious to see how they compared. The ergonomics of
the EL's are much better; well balanced and very comfortable to use. The
rangefinder and slope worked flawlessly. Clarity and field of view were
great. What I was not prepared for was the spectacular low light
gatherng/vision; simply amazing. It seems brighter than the actual
ambient which doesn't seem possible. Great binocs!
